Amanda Giba was born in Hungary and educated in Architecture and Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen, Germany. In 2002 she moved to New York where she has advanced her career at various Architectural and Design firms before migrating into high-end residential project management. She worked as an Owner's Representative at Karen Thomas Associates for over a decade. Her in-depth knowledge of architecture and design, materials and finishes, the residential construction industry, building structure, the co-op and city approval process was the perfect base for the detailed work required for high-end private residences. Coordinating, managing and seeing such fine properties being built, provided her with more thorough background in not only the finish materials of a residence, but foundation, superstructure, facade, windows, elevators, roofing and a building’s infrastructure systems. The projects also provided an in-depth experience of the consultant and contractor coordination during pre-construction and construction periods for the fabrication and installation of every component.

She brings hands-on construction experience to the table with deep knowledge about all materials, finishes, means and methods, contractor oversight, and trade and vendor management. Her experience and passion makes each project a positive experience for all involved.
